Can I lose Promotion Points?

Yes, it is possible to lose Promotion Points. The following describes cases in which your points will be deducted:

• Low Rating (1/5 or 2/5): -0.5 points (20-minute lesson), -1 points (40-minute lesson)
• Tutor No-show: -3 points
• Last Minute Cancellation (LMC): -2 points
• Cancellation: -1 point
• Reactivation: reset (depends on performance and previous reactivation records)
