Yes, you can earn an additional 8% incentive and bonuses through our "Incentive and Rewards" program.
- Weekly Incentive (5% incentive): You will receive a bonus of 5% on an entire week’s compensation if you complete at least 10 hours of lessons with an Average Rating of 4.5 or above without any pay adjustments.
- Lesson Scheduling Incentive (3% incentive): You will receive a bonus of 3% for all completed lessons that were scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance.
