If a lesson is marked as “Corrections Requested”, this means that the student has requested to get feedback on their written English.
In the Lesson Prep section, you'll see the student's submitted text. You'll then be asked to give two types of feedback:
- Corrections: Correct grammatical, syntactical, or vocabulary errors in the student's original English.
- Paraphrasing in the tutor’s own words: Suggest your own version of the student's written responses. This might involve combining sentences and/or introducing more sophisticated vocabulary and structural tools.
While you are not required to complete the correction before the lesson starts, you should complete any corrections or paraphrased examples with your Feedback Report. As a thank-you for going above and beyond for our students, we'll reward you with an extra $1.
