I don't want to have a lesson with a particular student again. What should I do?

If you do not want to meet with a particular student again because of their sensitive and inappropriate conduct or language, please use the Report function. You can find this on the Past Lessons page or in-lesson Report function (Help chat). Please try to provide detailed information about what happened so that we can assist you better.

For us to offer timely support, we ask that Reports are submitted within 12 hours of the incident. Even if we do not respond immediately, trust that we are acting upon your Report. We will contact you shortly to offer support.

If you felt that you and your student just weren't a good fit for one another, please contact us so that we can suggest how you can improve those situations.
