Once the lesson is over, head to your Pay Log. On each lesson, you'll be able to see a small button called "Network History.” Once you click this, you'll see a chart that compares your Network Environment to your student's during the lesson. We use this information if students request refunds or partial refunds because they felt the lesson's network was too poor for them to learn effectively.
If we determine that your connectivity was at fault for the poor network quality in the lesson, we'll deduct a portion of your compensation for that lesson to reimburse the student.
