The following are the qualifications for the Webinar Tutor role:
- Only the Ringle tutors that have displayed a consistent outperformance in their 1:1 lessons will be invited to apply to become a Webinar Tutor. Specifically, the qualifications include:
- (Mandatory) Completed [500] 1:1 lessons or more + at Ratings 4.5 or higher
- (Mandatory) Active status tutors at Promotion Level 3 or above
- (Preferably) Graduate students or graduate degree holders (MA, PhD)
- (Preferably) Professional work experience
