This is most likely because the region in your Taxpayer Information is not indicated as “United Kingdom”. If you are a UK tutor who wishes to use SentBe, please take the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Navigate to your Taxpayer Information, delete your current Taxpayer Information (No.29-12), and Add New Taxpayer. Under Address, please make sure to mark your region as "United Kingdom".
- Once you save your new Taxpayer Information, head over to Payout Methods and find the SentBe option.
